Excursion tickets
No excursion tickets will be sold to guests carrying ski equipment, as they are intended for pedestrians!
Age limitations
We offer the reduction price for children and juveniles tickets between the ages of 10 and 15 years old, and for disabled (60% handicapped) and for SKI INSTRUCTORS with VALID PROOF e.g. SEASON LABEL (Intermarke)
Purchase agreements
upon buying the ticker, the guest accepts the purchase agreements which are posted in full view throughout the lift stations.
Simple trip
For a ride to the top and base stations with the PITZ EXPRESS (only one direction) a simple ticket can be used only between the 16th and 30th of Sept. of one year. No simple tickets will be given out for the PITZ PANORAMABAHN Lift.
Group reductions
FOR GROUPS OF 20 OR MORE PERSONS (with the same type of ticket) we offer a group rate upon purchase of the tickets through the group leader. Group tickets are only available from the main cashier, where we give you the respective tariff information.
Children friendliness-Bambini free pass
CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD SKI FOR FREE only when accompanied by one of the parents. You receive a BAMBINI FRE PASS at the cashier’s upon HANDING OVER AN OFFICIAL CHILDREN’S ID.
Refunds
a refund in the form of a CREDIT is given for SPORTING ACCIDENTS only when the ski pass (with minimum of 2 days left) is immediately deposited with the main cashier at the base station. The day the ski pas was issued until the deposition of the ski pass serve as user days. Therefore, it is not necessarily the day of the accident, but the time of depositing the ski pass which authorize the time being credited. Submission of a physician’s certification is also absolutely required for approval of the credit. In well founded cases the physician’s certification can also be handed in on the following day. A subsequent exchange for another ski pass, a transfer to another person and an extension or postponement of the validity time is not possible. The claim for a credit is only valid for the accident victim, but is under no circumstances applicable to relatives or any other persons accompanying the accident victim!
We do not take kindly to fare dodgers…
If anyone is caught without a valid ski pass in the ski area during a random check will be immediately subject to paying 5 times the daily tariff, in addition to facing legal charges by the police. We trust our guests, however if it is abused, then we must arrange for a penalty.
Ski passes are ABSOLUTELY non- transferable
the attempt to lend a ski pass to another guest is considered misuse, and could bring about legal action. Our personnel are authorized to confiscate a ski pass with no replacement if it is fraudulently being used.
Safety orders
Any orders given out by the cable car or lift personnel are to be followed out of safety reasons. Defying these instructions will result in the guest being refused further transport. The ski pass will in this case be confiscated without refund. In obvious cases of ROWDINESS ON THE SLOPES –endangering other skiers-the management reserves the right to confiscate the ski pass with no replacement
Seniors – handicapped
For seniors over 60 years old, we offer a special pedestrian price. This card is good for one round trip on both the PITZ EXPRESS and the PITZ-PANORAMABAHN lifts. Usage of the remaining ski lifts is not possible with this ticket. A picture ID is required to be shown before purchasing a senior ticket. Für den Kauf einer Seniorenkarte ist die Vorlage eines Lichtbildausweises vor dem Kartenkauf notwendig. For disabled with a 60% handicap, we offer the children’s price.
Shutdowns for official reasons
In case of avalanche danger, storms, and technical malfunctions as well as other cases of serious problems, then the management is required to close down the operation. There is in this case no possibility of cost replacement. In case of closing the facilities for operational reasons, there are NO CLAIMS FOR REFUNDS. In the event of an unforeseeable departure of the guests, there is also no possibility of a refund.
Price changes
The given price is valid until the publication of a new price list. In an overlap between the price time differences, a mixed calculation automatically takes place with the cash register computer.
Touring tickets
The touring ticket can only be purchased by guests who bring along the appropriate ski touring equipment. This authorizes a ROUND TRIP with the PITZ EXPRESS, as well as a ONE TIME TOWLIFT TRIP. If the touring ticket is misused (repeated trips on the lifts etc..) then afterwards an additional full days price will be levied.
Lost ski passes
No replacement can be given for lost ski passes.
Payment
Ski passes are to be paid for in cash. All Guests can also pay with their EC-cards.
Ski rescue services are billed by us, and must be paid for in cash.
