Pitztal Glacier with a new ice arenaThe Pitztal Ice Arena on the glacier (2,800 m above sea level) and well over 30 frozen waterfalls annually attracts ice climbers from around the world and throughout the year at the Tyrolean Pitztal Valley.
At the mountain school, Club Alpin Pitztal, you will experience ice adventure in special introductory courses for beginners and children, as well as waterfall climbing and alpine ice touring for advanced. All necessary equipment can be rented.
